1:1 coaching

I currently offer virtual services only, providing the ultimate 1:1 experience from anywhere. This setup allows me to observe your movement patterns, give instant feedback, offer real-time form and technique adjustments, and keep you motivated and consistent throughout your journey. Programs are specialized in performance training, strength and conditioning, power and progressive overload, channeling your inner athlete, mobility, stability. From strength and performance to mobility and recovery, every part of your plan is intentionally designed to help you train smarter, move with purpose, and feel fully supported every step of the way. A reminder that this journey is YOURS, everything is geared toward each client's goals/preferances.

THE 1:1 TRAINING PROCESS

What is Included with 1:1 Coaching?

  • Custom programming tailored to your goals, experience, lifestyle, etc. (programmed in 6 week blocks, focusing on progressive overload and form)

  • ​Macronutrient coaching or nutrition guidance based on client

  • Video check-in responses on loom sent via email

  • Weekly check-in sheet/form to be filled out to help track progress

  • 24/7 access to me and a community of like minded individuals

  • Demo videos + form/technique cues for every movement

  • Access to a client portal including education on topics including but not limited to nutrition, movements in the gym, mobility, self-care, and in depth breakdowns.
